This website operates strictly as an independent, public informational and technical troubleshooting hub.

  • All content, guides, and resources provided on this platform are for general educational purposes only.

  • This platform is not a legal entity, immigration firm, or official representative of the United States Government.

  • We do not process, track, or influence the outcome of any United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) applications.

 

3. Absolute No-Fee & Anti-Fraud Mandate

The Afrikaner American is completely free to use.

  • Zero Monetisation: We never request fees, donations, processing charges, or financial compensation of any kind.

  • Prohibition of Solicitation: Users are strictly prohibited from offering paid visa services, legal representation, or immigration assistance on this site. Any user attempting to charge applicants or solicit funds will be permanently banned and reported directly to the U.S. Embassy in Pretoria.

 

4. Acceptable Community Conduct

To maintain a safe environment for all visitors, users engaging with our public Q&A or community text modules must adhere to the following rules:

  • No Legal Advice: Users are peers, not attorneys. Do not post unqualified legal advice. Always rely on official (.gov) channels or assigned Resettlement Case Workers.

  • Prohibited Content: No hate speech, political harassment, tribalism, or defamatory material will be tolerated.

  • Content Moderation: The platform administrators reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any user submission that violates these terms or threatens community safety.

 

5. Data Privacy & Prohibition of Document Sharing

  • Do not upload, post, or share identity numbers, passport details, case tracking numbers, or official U.S. Department of Homeland Security paperwork.

6. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

The Afrikaner American provides all information on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We hold zero liability for individual USRAP application outcomes, system downtime, typographical errors, or the content of external links. This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of South Africa.
